Patrick McNamara



Patrick brings fifteen years consulting experience in market-driven strategy and organization development, strategic planning, and new offering realization.   His diverse consulting experience spans both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.  At Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, he focused on large-scale change projects working with key clients to create tracking mechanisms that improved project performance.  Patrick has also led product development teams through a business-incubator process of visioning, research, and business plan development for innovative new offerings, such as a new environmentally-friendly product line at a Fortune 100 company.  His not-for-profit consulting includes the United Nations Development Program and Helen Keller International.

After receiving a B.S. in Management and French from Purdue University, Patrick went on to earn an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  In addition, Patrick completed the Global Excellence in Management Program at Case Western Reserve University.  Having lived in France, Peru, Scotland, England, Switzerland (Geneva), Germany, Brazil, Canada and Japan, Patrick has developed fluency in Spanish & French and a basic understanding of German, Japanese and Portuguese.  Currently, he resides in San Francisco.
