Over the course of her consulting career, Stefanie has worked with Lanning, Phillips & Associates, Gemini Consulting and Andersen Consulting Strategic Services where her primary focus was helping high-tech companies identify and deliver profitable value to their clients.Prior to pursuing a career in consulting she spent several years in high-tech sales management for Tech Computer, Inc. where she successfully restructured a division responsible for 68% of the organization’s revenues.
As founder of Zucker & Associates, Stefanie pioneered the creation of Developing Market Focused Strategies (DMFS), a rigorous training course and toolset designed to help managers go beyond the traditional means of generating business strategy and position themselves to create cutting-edge, profitable value propositions that deliver superior value to the marketplace. After helping hundreds of managers successfully utilize these tools to develop key insights that have not only resulted in lucrative new product ventures, but have also saved them from making costly mistakes, Stefanie merged Zucker & Associates with Berggren & Co. to create the new strategy firm – Axios Partners, LLC. Together with her partner, Eric Berggren, they have developed Axios Value Innovation Management®, a next generation, web-enabled methodology and toolset that helps client teams identify unique customer value opportunities and translate them into revenue and profit growth. Stefanie is a graduate of the Wharton Business School where she earned a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in international strategic management and finance.She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude with dual honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.Stefanie “moonlights” in Atlanta, and when she’s not out salsa dancing, she spends her free time in Karate classes and training for International Latin Dance competitions.
